Gregory (Greg) Wallace Gilbert

Butchy's Rainbow is set in 1950s California and moves from South Central Los Angeles to San Bernardino – a story about love, violence, ambition, national politics, racism, and courage as viewed through the eyes of a child who judges little and forgets nothing.

Catherine Aumen, LMFT

Catherine Aumen is a multiple-award winning author with four of her books maintaining bestseller status on Amazon. She writes about the potential of the human spirit, sexuality, and personal and spiritual growth. In her day job, Catherine is a licensed psychotherapist in private practice. She lives in Yucca Valley with her husband, their two cats, and six turtles.

John Sierpinski

John Sierpinski has published poetry in many literary magazines. He is a multiple Pushcart Prize nominee. His three books are published by Cholla Needles Art and Literary Library. He lives in Yucca Valley, California. 

Jenifer Palmer-Lacy

Jenifer Palmer-Lacy (lalo kikiriki), is a longtime resident of Joshua Tree who arrived in California in 1979 after ten years on Pacifica Radio Houston as “Mandy in the Morning.” Author of four poetry books including Dreams of the Everyday Housewife and Incidental Music, she also writes songs and plays accordion at local open mics. 

Her most recent work in progress Travels Without Charlie, celebrates the life of her son Charlie Lacy, who attended Copper Mountain College 2000 - 2003. 

Cindy Rinne

Cindy Rinne creates fiber art, zines, and poetry in San Bernardino CA. Rinne is an interdsciplinary creative in poetry, performance, zines, fiber art, and collaborates with musicians.

Rinne was awarded a writing residency at the Chateau d'Orquevaux in France. Cindy attended an art and writing residency at Desert Dairy Artist Residence, 29 Palms, CA. She presented an online lecture "Today in the Caves" for the LABRC "The Art of Storytelling: Archetypes in Focus" Conference, Oxford, England, 2025.

Cindy is the author of several books: Structures Break Down (Cyberwit.net), Dancing Through the Fire Door (Nauset Press), Today on Two Planets (Written by Veterans), The Feather Ladder (Picture Show Press), and more. Her poetry and visual poetry has appeared in: The Closed Eye Open, Verse-Virtual, Mythos Magazine, Swifts & Slows, Lothlorien, Unpsychology, and others.
